Big Star With John Davis Live Tribute To Alex Chilton 7″ Vinyl Being Pressed
We’re releasing a 3-song vinyl EP of Big Star’s performance with John Davis from last year’s live tribute to Alex Chilton. The show took place at the historic Levitt Shell here in Memphis and had many special guests, including Mike Mills (REM), Sondre Lerche, Brendan Benson, Andy Hummel, and many others. The band did three songs with ex-Superdrag frontman John Davis and we’re puttin’ em on wax! The three songs are “In The Street,” “September Gurls” and “When My Baby’s Beside Me.”
The vinyl is being pressed and artwork printed as we speak. We’ll keep you updated with when it’ll be released!
